PSJA North senior signs acceptance letter to UT Austin School of Business
PHARR – PSJA North Early College High School (ECHS) senior Jonathan Romo signed a letter of acceptance into the prestigious McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
Romo’s acceptance into one of the nation’s top business schools is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and academic excellence throughout his high school career.
As a standout student at PSJA North ECHS, Romo has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, a strong commitment to his studies, and a passion for business.
Romo is a member of the National Honor Society, the Discovery Club, Korean Club, and was recognized as the Pharr April Rotary Student of the Month. Throughout his four years of high school, Jonathan has also dedicated his time to participating in football and baseball.
Additionally, Romo is a part of the nationally recognized PSJA Early College Program and is on track to graduate high school with 60 college credit hours from South Texas College.
Romo’s passion for business, coupled with his drive to succeed, make him an ideal candidate for the rigorous academic environment at UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business. While at UT Austin, Romo plans on double majoring in Accounting and Finance.
