PSJA ISD Folklorico Groups Earn Top Honors at Rio Grande Valley Dance Festival
EDINBURG– Five Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District (PSJA ISD) Folklorico Groups earned 1st Division Trophies at the Rio Grande Valley Dance Festival held on February 21, 2026, at the Edinburg Arts, Culture, and Events Center.
The Rio Grande Valley Dance Festival brings together talented student performers from across the region to showcase their dedication to the rich traditions of folklórico dance. Earning a 1st Division Trophy reflects the students’ commitment to excellence, teamwork, and the preservation of cultural heritage through the performing arts.
